Late Summer Foraging Walk nr Brussels
Enjoy a half-day in nature, exploring from the bodymind perspective of a forager. Take time to look, touch, smell and taste in the space between summer and autumn. Discover how to identify and use a range of wild foods.
Walk includes small tasters infused with wild ingredients (vegan). Please bring your own lunch to enjoy together at the end of the walk.

About your guide: Rachel Lambert is a highly respected foraging guide since 2007 and award-winning author of four books on wild food and cooking, including Wild and Sweet, which has been translated into Dutch. She is based in the UK and her work is motivated by a love of nature, plants and food, as well as the understanding that the biggest threat to our ecological stability is our disconnect from nature. Her approach is fun, creative, respectful, and spacious.
