About your guide: Rachel Lambert is a highly respected foraging guide since 2007 and has progressed into foraging for fibres to create artisan objects – both beautiful and functional. She specialises in using local plants. She is based in the UK and her work is motivated by a love of nature, plants and food, as well as the understanding that the biggest threat to our ecological stability is our disconnect from nature.
