FORAGING COURSES IN BRISTOL

Rural Foraging Experiences in Urban Places

Despite living in far West Cornwall, Bristol is home territory for me. I grew up in this green city, with Sunday afternoons on the Bristol Downs or Ashton Court, and if possible, balmy evening there too.

Private Forays:
2-3 hr forays available from £199 for 2-5 persons. Additional persons £40 each.
Private foray with cooking tuition and dinner, minimum 8 persons, £65 per person.

Includes; Up to 8 edibles, recipe suggestions, identification tuition, nutritional and medicinal info, e-list of plants covered, opportunity to buy a signed copy of my book.


Foraging is on Bristol Downs, or Ashton Court - both vast areas of countryside on the edge of Bristol. Cooking tuition and dinner is at Bordeaux Quay Deli, Restaurant and Cookery School.
